Refund Policy

Overview

Thank you for shopping at The Journal Babes!

We understand that shopping online is sometimes a difficult decision and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That is why although we do not offer refunds, we do offer store credit upon approval of returned items.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange for store credit.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for store credit only. This store credit is valid for 180 days and can be used to purchase any item in our online store.

Please note that all store credits are final, and no refunds will be issued. We will not accept any returns after the 30 day window. 

If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service team at info@thejournalbabes.com. We will provide you with additional instructions on how to return the item and process your store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable/Printable products
  • Final Sale/Clearance items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your return will be processed and you will be issued a store credit.

Only regular priced items may be returned. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service team at info@thejournalbabes.com. We will provide you with additional instructions.

Shipping Approved Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service team at info@thejournalbabes.com. We will provide you with additional instructions on how to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations

Most cancellations are not accepted due to the nature of our products. The sale of gift cards, downloadable/printable products, and sale/clearance items are final.

For other products, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has not been processed yet, it will be canceled and you will be refunded to your original payment method. Cancellations after 24 hours will be refunded as store credit only.
